Airsoft Tech Service

This upgrade/ repair service is for those who are looking to bring their replica to the next level or want their replica performing like it should once again with a professional airsoft tech! It start with the purchase of the service, I will send you a tech service form to be filled out by yourself and signed. A consultation with the tech to come up with a build plan. Replicas that I work on range from Gas powered replicas such as gas blowback guns, automatic electric guns (AEG), HPA, and spring powered sniper rifle replicas. if you are unsure if your airsoft gun falls in any of those categories, just reach out through email. Once contact has been made as well as the purchase, the user can expect the following:

  • A tech submission form will be sent to you.
  • A consultation to figure out a plan for the build.
  • I give an estimate on the total cost as well as roughly how long it will take to complete
  • An estimate of the labor costs will also be given and upon submission, a invoice will be sent that totals half the estimated labor cost is due UPFRONT and is NON-REFUNDABLE!
  • The customer ships the replica to us and will be notified when I receive it.
  • I will continue with the planned work that was agreed on between the costumer and myself.
  • Once the work has completed, the costumer will be notified of the total cost that remains and will be sent any tracking information once it has been shipped back to the customer

This service can be labor intensive and my goal is to improve every aspect of it from reliability to function and accuracy. The following are included and can be expected with this service:

  • In depth cleaning of all components
  • Shimming of the gears, motor grip, and trigger
  • Motor alignment 
  • Hop up and inner barrel improvement
  • Power adjustment
  • Airseal improvement 
  • Angle of engagement 
  • ETU instillation and programming
  • Upgrade parts instillation
  • Repair and replacement of broken parts
  • External modifications and replacement.

Airsoft guns are often complex and can seem more like a puzzle to repair and build. This why I take great care of checking every single component separately to insure that what I'm building is the most reliable and high end airsoft build. PRICING

PARTS/ PART(S) ORDERS

Many of the parts needed for the builds are carried by myself (Danger Close Customs). With that being said, I do not carry all parts needed for certain replicas and will require me to special order them. These item can include, motors, mosfets, HPA engines, and many other parts that are not V2/ V3/ NGRS compatible. The cost of the shipping will be added to the final invoice that the customer will receive. The parts that I do stock are the current market price and are usually price matched. By continuing with the purchase of this service, you agree to these conditions. The final cost of parts and shipping will be invoiced to the customer via email and upon receiving it, I will ship it back to the customer.

Labor:

Upon submitting your airsoft replica for the upgrade services, an initial deposit is due upfront and is non refundable. The initial deposit amounts to half of the estimated labor costs The initial deposit will go towards the final bill. 

Labor Hours are priced at $25/ hour.

Initial Deposit:

Upon purchasing the service and if it is taken in and accepted by myself to build, the costumer will be sent an invoice amounting to half the estimated cost of labor. The invoice must be paid in full before being accepted and worked on. The initial deposit will also go towards the final bill. 

Cancellation Terms

Initial Deposit, Part(s) Orders, and fees are non - refundable unless the purchase was by accident, or I am not able to take the airsoft replica in to be worked on. 

This Service CAN NOT and WILL NOT be refunded if the replica has been completed or already began being worked on by myself. If you purchased the service by accident and haven't shipped it to myself yet, then it can be cancelled and refunded. If I have already received the airsoft replica and no work has been completed and started, the $35.00 initial deposits can not be refunded. If the customer wants the replica returned before work has started, the customer will still pay the cost of shipping that will be invoiced to them via email. Danger Close Customs is responsible for procuring a shipping label upon cancellation.

SHIPPING

The customer will be responsible for shipping the airsoft replica to me initially. The address can be found below and under CONTACT. Upon completion of the service, the replica will be shipped back to the customer AFTER Danger Close Customs has received the payment. The cost of the shipping back to the costumer will also be added to the total amount invoiced to the customer via Email. I am not liable for any damages received while the airsoft product was being shipped.

WARRANTY

A warranty is only in place for full rebuilds and if any products aren't warrantied, it will be stated to the customer. Any stock factory parts are not gonna carry a warranty unless stated they will. The warranty is in place for 6 months upon the completion of the build. A packet will be included going over warranty information will the airsoft build. It will cover everything from ammo, cleaning, and user notes to ensure the replica is not going to be damaged under normal use. Failure to follow those steps will void the warranty.

Acknowledgments

By signing this form, you acknowledge that Danger Close Customs will be accepting your Airsoft item(s) for tech services. You acknowledge Danger Close Customs pricing policy for Parts, Part(s) Orders, Labor Hours, and any Service Fees associated with servicing and purchasing items for your Airsoft replica. You acknowledge that any item(s) and services not paid for within 30 days of completion are subject to forfeiture and become the sole property of Danger Close Customs. You acknowledge Danger Close Customs will make every effort possible to contact you upon completion of the tech service to ensure this does not happen. You acknowledge that you must provide accurate/ reachable contact information upon submitting a Tech Service Submission Form. You acknowledge the Terms of Cancellation. You acknowledge that property of the Client not picked up, or arranged for shipping after 30 days of Danger Close Customs Studios receiving a cancellation request are subject to forfeiture and become the sole property of Danger Close Customs. You acknowledge Danger Close Customs will make every effort possible to contact you upon receiving a cancellation request to ensure the Client’s property is returned within 30 days of Danger Close Customs receiving your cancellation request.

Terms and Conditions of Use

By accessing any of Danger Close Customs's  tech services, you will have agreed to, verified and acknowledged all waivers and disclaimers below: You are at least 18 years of age. All sale transactions are final. Buyer assumes full responsibility for all liabilities, damages, injuries, and modifications done to products, buyer local laws, buyer local regulations, and ownership of Airsoft replicas. You will not hold Danger Close Customs responsible for any legal actions, liabilities, damages, penalties, claims, or other obligations caused by your ownership of Airsoft replicas. Danger Close Customs will not be responsible for injuries and damages caused by improper usage, user errors or stunts. Pricing, specification, and availability are subject to change without notice.
